By submitting this entry, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I have read and understand the 2026 Clements Stampede Mutton Busting rules, eligibility requirements, lottery process, and registration requirements provided above.
• I understand that submitting this form only enters my child into the lottery and does not guarantee a Mutton Busting spot.
• I certify that the information provided on this form is accurate and that the child entered will be between 4 and 7 years old and weigh no more than 60 pounds on the day of the Rodeo.
• I understand that only one lottery entry per child is permitted. Duplicate entries may be removed.
• If my child is selected, I understand that the contestant and a parent/legal guardian must attend one of the two designated in-person registration events to complete registration, draw for a performance day, sign all required waivers, and pay the $50 entry fee.
• I understand that failure to attend one of the required registration events may result in forfeiture of my child's spot, which may then be offered to another contestant.
• I understand that performance dates are assigned through a drawing and that a specific performance date is not guaranteed.
• I understand that my child must comply with all event rules, including the 60-pound maximum weight requirement on the day of the Rodeo, no spurs, and no riding backwards.
• I understand that Mutton Busting is a rodeo activity involving inherent risks and that, if selected, a parent/legal guardian will be required to review and sign the Clements Stampede's required participation and liability waivers before the child may participate.
• I understand that the Clements Stampede reserves the right to determine eligibility and enforce Mutton Busting rules for the safety and fairness of all contestants.
